Initiate Your Return
Log into your RYOBI account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Tools
Securely place the tool, batteries, and accessories in the original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks or barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
